Learning Agility Master Class

Responding to a client request to help the HR and Organizational Development team deepen their  understanding of Learning Agility as a predictor of potential,  I conducted a customized Learning Agility Master Class in June especially for this client’s needs.  The focus of the instruction and class discussions centered around how to spot, develop and use Learning Agility as part of talent identification and succession planning efforts.

Some of the concepts we covered included the 6Q model of Leadership, a definition of potential, the difference between high professionals and high potentials and the viaEDGE Learning Agility assessment. Each participant in the class completed Lominger’s viaEDGE learning agility assessment, and they all received direct feedback on their results. The client reported that this session was a big success in helping them on their journey to take their talent management to the next level.
